LinkedIn requires advertisers using Lead Gen Forms to provide a privacy-policy URL and describe how collected leads will be used. Where a separate use requires specific consent, LinkedIn provides disclosure checkboxes that advertisers can enable for that purpose. 

Submitting a form to receive a requested resource does not automatically require you to agree to unrelated marketing communications. Where applicable, marketing consent will be requested separately.
